Larger sections, or properties under heavy tree cover, usually need more frequent visits. We’ll recommend a frequency after we’ve seen the property, and you can change it as the seasons shift.

Do you offer one-off jobs, or only regular maintenance?
Both. If you just want a tidy-up before summer, a hedge cut back, or a gutter clean before the winter rain, we’ll do it with no obligation to sign up for anything ongoing. Most people who start with a one-off end up on a regular programme once they see the difference, but that’s your call, not ours.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes, it’s part of the job. We separate green waste from general waste and dispose of it through the council’s facilities, charged by weight at council rates. You don’t need to arrange a bin or a trailer, or do anything with it after we’ve gone.
Can you quote without me being there?
In most cases, yes. One of our team will come out, walk the property, take photos and come back to you with a clear price. That works well for holiday homes and for owners who live elsewhere. For bigger or more complicated jobs we might ask to walk through it with you, but for standard maintenance a remote quote is usually fine.
Do you look after holiday homes and Airbnb properties?
A large part of our work is holiday homes and short-term rentals across Queenstown. We’re used to working without the owner on site, we schedule around booking windows so the property is guest-ready, and we let you know what’s been done rather than leaving you to wonder.
